Athletics Kenya is strengthening its efforts to identify and develop athletic talent beginning at kindergarten level, according to Capital FM.
Youth development director Barnaba Korir said the organisation is working closely with schools as part of the talent identification programme.
The initiative aims to spot promising young athletes early and support their development from childhood, according to the report.
