Jumia reports majority of Kenyan customers based outside Nairobi

The e-commerce platform says more than two-thirds of its active customers in Kenya are located beyond the capital.

According to Capital FM, Jumia has disclosed that 67.6 percent of its active customers in Kenya are based outside Nairobi.

The e-commerce platform released the information as it prepares to launch its 2026 Black Friday event, Capital FM reported.
