Nairobi suburbs see house price and rent increases in third quarter

House prices in Nairobi's suburbs increased by 2.3 percent in the third quarter of 2026, according to Capital FM Business.

Rental prices in the same areas grew by 2.7 percent during the period, the publisher reported.

The increases were attributed to demand for housing, Capital FM stated.
